I’m Ananda, nice to meet you!
I’m an avid traveler who’s obsessed with coffee (it might be cliché but I will die without it). I love animals (usually more than people lol!). I’m a total foodie whether its cooking new recipes at home or finding the best restaurants. I’m currently based in Austin and when I’m not working you can find me out hiking or kayaking!
I’m not just your business coach but also your cheerleader, accountability buddy, shoulder to cry on, sounding board, and the best coffee meeting you’ll have all week!

I’ve owned a variety of businesses over the last 20-odd years. I made things and sold them online and at local craft fairs to help put myself through college. I founded and grew a mobile event business to 4 major cities. I’ve owned a retail and studio space. I actually GREW my business during Covid, despite being shut down.
I’ve been in the thick of it like you: wearing all the hats, staying up all night to make shipping deadlines, dealing with customers (happy and unhappy!), restrategizing when everything goes wrong, and growing your business to everything you ever wanted.
When it comes to having a successful business, I believe that having experience on your side is the key!

How I became a business coach
I sort of stumbled into business coaching after people saw my success in business and kept coming to me wanting help with theirs. When it came time for a change from the event company I ran for 7 years, it was a no brainer to go full time business coach and help other small business owners! I’ve always been entrepreneurial and was always thinking about the next great business idea, so it’s no surprise that I fell in love with helping others realize their business dreams. I love getting to see so many amazing ideas come to life first hand and see my clients succeed!

My aim is to help small businesses grow and thrive and see every success without the gimmicks. No high pressure sales tactics. No huge promises without delivering.
I learned a lot about business the hard way. I’ve also learned from some great coaches. Mostly, I’ve learned what’s helpful and what isn’t. What’s actionable and what’s a waste of time. I want to save you the headache of learning the hard way!
I also want to keep it accessible for business owners of all levels. The days of the best resources only being available to those who can afford the platinum price tag are gone!
